The Czech Tourist Authority – CzechTourism is a non profit state organization supervised by the Ministry of Regional Development. Its mission is to co-ordinate promotion of tourism on the part of the state with activities of commercial and regional entities, and to develop a mid-term strategy and the actual strategy for marketing tourism on the local and international markets. The agency CzechTourism administers 25 foreign offices all around the world. It is in daily touch with journalists, travel agencies, tour operators and other specialists in the field, for whom it arranges press trips and familiarization trips. CzechTourism analyzes statistical data and conducts statistical surveys on incoming tourism. It organizes advertisement activities abroad, participation at international tourism fairs, and provides info and publicity materials about the Czech Republic

CzechTourism has officially made convention tourism one of their main pillars for strategic promotion of the destination as a whole. Though support of Czech Tourism, the Ministry of Regional Development and the individual regions themselves in January 2010 Czech Republic debuted its national Convention Bureau

The Czech Convention Bureau is a non-profit-organization and serves as the platform for the Czech Republic congress and conference industry. It represents this industry's interests in the Czech Republic and abroad, draws the attention of the authorities and other parts of the public to topics of relevance to the sector, provides for internal communication within the industry, and conducts training and basic research.

The Czech Convention Bureau is promoted the Czech Republic through a series of workshops and tradeshows, provide assistance and support to meeting planners and associations, we organize FAM and Press Trips, provide promotional materials for our clients to ensure your next event in the Czech Republic is a successful one!
